How we operate
After confirming our product status with our growers, we establish our weekly avail list that is mass-emailed on Sunday evenings and Monday mornings. Chefs submit orders to us on Monday and Tuesday, we wash and pack the fresh vegetables on Tuesday and Wednesday, and deliver to the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area on Thursday.
Our ultimate goal is to establish strong working relationships with both our Northern Neck growers and our chefs, thus being a direct link between the farm and the table. We understand what it takes to produce the product and we understand the hard work and passion that go into transforming the product into a culinary creation. We feel we are uniquely positioned to provide this conduit between grower and chef.
Our delivery days are on Thursday, we love special orders and we have no minimum delivery fee or fuel surcharge for any delivery. Feel free to place your order with us via email, text or phone.
